“2016 Honda HR-V is the Most Versatile Subcompact Crossover…”

The 2016 Honda HR-V goes on sale later this year is creating big hype as “the most versatile subcompact crossover,” among other things.

Why is the brand new 2016 Honda HR-V creating such a buzz? Mostly because of its functionality despite its small footprint. With the footprint of about the Honda Fit but with an incredibly spacious interior, functional design, and lots of storage.

With the excellence we come to expect from the Honda brand and in it’s ability to design and manufacture crossovers, no doubt the 2016 Honda HR-V will take over this small part of the market, which is currently only occupied by the Nissan Juke and Mini Cooper Countryman.

“It will be the first big name in the subcompact SUV segment, which currently isn’t large but has the potential to be in the future,” says Jessica Caldwell, a senior analyst with the car-shopping website Edmunds.com.

While we don’t know a ton about this new vehicle, we do some of what to look forward to. In this article we learn, “Nonetheless, the interior is unusually spacious and versatile, thanks to features like the rear Magic Seat, which can be folded in a number of ways to increase cargo capacity. For example, the rear seat cushion can be lifted up to expose the floor underneath, which allows taller items to fit. In vehicles as small as the HR-V, this kind of functionality is a real boon, and it’s a feature unique to Honda.”

Look forward to the 2016 Honda HR-V at Northwest Honda, Sims Honda, and Apple Valley Honda later next year!
